D1 – TOWER

 

The D1 tower stands tall alongside the Business Bay crossing, right next to the Versace Hotel and opposite to the Dubai Festival City Area in Al Jaddaf. It is a Residential property with a special Reception area, visitor’s lounge, landscape gardens and poolside terraces.

The design of the tower is inspired by the artistry of the craftsmen of Dubai, and the traditional forms of the region are fishing nets. This can also be seen in the podium canopy of the building, right at the entrance to the building.

Right below this beautiful canopy is the lettering ‘D1’ and in front of the entrance there is a roundabout, both have been built using Artevia Polish – polished concrete floors using this product have a smooth texture like polished marble that is silky to touch & elegant at first sight.
